To access the workshop area, you will need to wear the wristband provided at the festival entrance. To make entry easier, we recommend purchasing your festival ticket online. Regulations for Japan Matsuri Courses
By purchasing a ticket for the course, the buyer fully accepts these regulations.
- Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for any damage or breakage caused to the school's property during the course. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the person responsible for the damage.
- Cancellation of Participation
Course participation can be canceled until September 13th. In case of cancellation by this date, a refund of the course fee will be issued, except for the handling and service fees of the organizer (CHF 5.-), which cannot be refunded as they are not received by the organizers.
- No Refunds after September 13th
After September 13th, for organizational reasons, no refunds will be possible in case of cancellation.
- Code of Conduct
Participants are required to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during the courses. The organizers reserve the right to expel anyone who does not comply with these rules, without any obligation to refund.
- Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the course program for organizational reasons or force majeure. If the course is canceled by the organizers, the full registration fee will be refunded, except for the handling and service fees of the organizer (CHF 5.-).
- Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided during registration will be processed in compliance with privacy regulations and used exclusively for organizational purposes related to the Japan Matsuri courses.
- Materials and Equipment
All materials and equipment needed for the courses will be provided by the organizers, unless otherwise specified in the course description. If required, participants must bring the indicated materials.
- Image Rights
Photos or videos may be taken during the courses for promotional purposes. By purchasing the ticket, participants consent to the use of their images for these purposes.
