We are continuing to shape PATHWAYS towards LEADERSHIP COLLABORATION ... 

In our third Practitioner Forum, we are creating an entrance door through the lens of embodying values-driven leadership. The navigations system of the 7 Levels supports and deepens our ambition. Basics of the values-based practice, the structured framework for growth and alignment, as well as uncovering the potential of natural physiological pathways and behavior patterns are part of our practical and methodical ingredients.

A a participant you will embark on your own inner journey of exploring and anchoring your values. You will be experiencing a platform where connected learning becomes possible on the spot. In combination with the provided impulses and the facilitation by lovecom, you will be supported in natural integration of new learnings for the particular context you operate in.

FAQ

What are the 7 levels? - The 7 levels model of consciousness is our navigation tool for value-based leadership. Originally developed by Richard Barrett, it is the backbone for our top team effectiveness journeys, enabling strategic alignment of culture and business.

Who is ‘speaking’? Since this is no traditional conference but a facilitated training space, there will be a group of lead facilitators from within and around lovecom holding the space. The impulse speach on Sunday evening will be delivered by our Founder & CEO, Monika Gutscher. The space on Monday will be held by lovecom Senior Associate, Barbara Engel and team.
