By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser grants GenTwo and AssetRush permission to use all images and videos taken during the AssetRush event for marketing and other purposes at any time. The ticket purchaser affirms that such release to GenTwo and AssetRush shall not require any form of compensation, including royalties arising from such images and videos, to the purchaser's benefit. The ticket purchaser understands and agrees that such images and videos in the possession of GenTwo or AssetRush shall become the property of GenTwo and AssetRush, and waives their right to inspect or approve of such images or videos in which their likeness appears.
